How are your soaps made?
I craft all my soaps using the cold-process method. This method takes approximately 4-6 weeks for soap to cure, so soap stock will vary based on what is on the curing rack. Check back to see what's in the shop or follow me on Instagram @CherriRub to see what I'm making that week.
When can I order a Rub or body butter?
Body butters will only be shipped during the cooler months starting late September through May and lotions/creams throughout the year (when in stock) as there is minimal risk for melting or degradation.
What about your ingredients?
I do my best to use the least amount of unnecessary ingredients as possible while still maintaining the natural integrity and quality. Some of my soaps will have micas (minerals most commonly used in makeup) and fragrance oils. Most often, if I can use certain botanicals and spices for coloring, I will choose that option. While my first love is the simplicity and beauty of all-natural handmade soaps, I do love playing with and coloring soap. So, you may see some colorful ones every now and then.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit-cards and PayPal for orders. Local customers have the option to pay in cash when available.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards at this time.
What is your return policy?
I want you to be happy with your hand-crafted cream, soap, or bath treat. Â If there are any concerns or the product does not meet your expectations, please communicate with me by reaching out to me via e-mail or DM on social media. Â Because of the nature of our handmade products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for risk of contamination and quality control purposes. Â I want to work with you so that we can come up with a reasonable resolution or action to meet your needs.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in earth friendly packaging whenever possible, while at the same time ensuring safe delivery of your product. Your hand-crafted cream or body treat will be shipped as soon as it is prepared.
SHIPPING: Priority mail, flat rate will be utilized via USPS I will make every attempt to ship your order within in 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders: I currently do not offer custom orders at this time, however, if you have a special event, reach out to me and if time permits, I may be able to help.

By purchasing my products, you recognize and accept that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that CherriRub will not be held responsible for such occurrences. Persons with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. I encourage those with sensitive skin to select our unscented products (when available) or purchase tester pots/samples where applicable in order to perform a skin patch test for possible allergic reactions.
